Food and Health Journals

As a working parent with a working spouse, I find the first habits that my stress attacks are my eating and exercising habits. In order to remain accountable and practice what I preach, I am making my daily food and exercise logs public. 

I think that it is extremely important to track the decisions you make to help find patterns in how you're feeling. So, I've linked my daily food logs. I also track everything in the Fitbit app.
